Scan Station Pro

Use Scan Station Pro to upload a scanned document to your server with a single mouse click. 

Our scanner interface, Scan Station Pro, is a Windows-based program that operates without any need for server software on your PC. Our interface communicates directly with your LaserVault DMS server over the net using TCP/IP. 

Advanced functionality include automatic page splitting, detecting barcodes and associating the image with the record based on the barcode.

Image processing functions include rotating, cropping, a despeckle function and a deskew function.

Extensive annotation features are available. 

It's easy to update your imaging folder fields using Scan Station Pro. You can extract data using full-text OCR and use that information to update your indexing fields, all by using a simple point-and-click interface.

Setting up OCR zones is no problem with LaserVault Scan Station Pro. You can define zones to OCR automatically each time you scan an image. Each OCR zone can be set up to go to a different memo field by pointing and clicking from within the Scan Station Pro interface.
