TaskAide Workflow Option

You can administer and use the TaskAide workflow system through a simple Windows interface operating inside a web browser.

TaskAide is fully integrated with our LaserVault DMS. Users and documents are taken directly from LaserVault Imaging, so there is no need to do separate updates for the TaskAide system.

Avoid the guesswork of trying to figure out which employee is responsible for a particular task and route tasks to the correct employees.

Task-Level security is another important feature of this system.  Employees can be set up to have access to designated accounts, which prevents errors in the workflow process.

Each and every step in the completion of a business task is tracked, routed and linked to every document associated with completing the task. This allows management to measure employee productivity, uncover any holes in the workflow process and keep a record of all employee tasks.
