- Take information directly from your A/P or A/R applications and use it to populate your imaging database -no need to enter the indexing information by hand.
- Document images are indexed automatically using CODE39 barcodes attached to the documents before scanning - eliminates the need for a dedicated scanning staff.
- With one function key, you can create the database entry for a document and print out a barcode label or coversheet that contains the necessary indexing data. Attach this barcode to the document as a label or coversheet, and then batch scan all of the documents at the end of the day.
