You can store images, office documents, and any sort of digital file. New images or files can be added over the web, even by faxing in documents.

For example, a remote user can go to a web page, add the document identification information such as invoice number, date, and amount, and then print a cover page with a bar code. Then the user can scan the document in, or even fax it in, and the cover page sorts the document into the correct folder. You can also pull information from your iSeries files (such as vendor name) to integrate with the document folder information for searching.
