TaskAide Workflow System for LaserVault Imaging

The new workflow system has finally been completed for LaserVault Imaging.
We call the new workflow system, “TaskAide”. It can be used to develop, manage, and analyze document workflow processes.
TaskAide includes:
- Robust scripting options, including both textual and visual models, for defining the workflow
- Extensive user management features
- Detailed audit trail covering the enactment of each workflow
- Tight integration with the LaserVault Imaging system
- Web-based for easy implementation
With TaskAide, the workflow process can be set up to automatically start when the document is indexed. Workflow processes spread out over several geographic locations are easily integrated over the Web. Detailed log reports facilitate individual accountability.
Thanks to TaskAide, information can be processed more efficiently, since much of the effort required in maintaining a work process is now automated. Important documents can no longer be misfiled, damaged, lost, or forgotten, since the system itself monitors the digital flow of information and ensures that particular actions get accomplished within the specified amount of time.
